“Wow!” exclaimed Lucy. “That’s huge!” The box, towering over her like Mount Everest, contained something that could change the course of the earth, the universe, even. She tore apart the hot pink wrapping paper like a ravenous beast, until a plain, brown, cardboard box was unveiled. “Let me help you with that, dear,” insisted Lucy’s aunt, Becka, as she pryed apart the cardboard with her sharp, well-manicured nails. ” Its a, a, a dollhouse! With opening windows, running water, actual heating ovens-” Lucy began.  “Whoa, whoa, whoa. Who said anything about heating ovens? And running water? How many batteries does this hot cake take?” asked Lucy’s mother. ” I don’t know,” replied Lucy. “But this thing is awesome! Right? Right?” Suddenly, a cloud of black dust filled the room. A scream echoed.  And Lucy was nowhere to be found.

Chapter 1: Mei and the Fang Necklace:

My name is Suzuki Mei, my family has a long history filled with legends and myths and I was never one to believe in any of it… At least until today.

My family’s history is so long we own an entire museum!
