Dolphin Divers : Dive One - June 30, 2009 by raqshan

“I can’t believe that we will be swimming with real dolphins!” I exclaimed. Grace and Sandy nodded in agreement. My parents were ocean biologists and often dived with dolphins. They had agreed to take me and two friends with them when they traveled around the world to dive with different dolphins. I had been allowed to bring two friends with me. I chose two of my best friends .I decided that would be fair.  Grace was my BFF. Sandy was my friend since third grade. We were standing on the deck of the Dolphin Diver.  “We are about to start, ” said a familiar voice. I turned and saw my mother walking toward us. “I’ve been looking for you kids all over the ship.” she said. “Sorry,Mom,” I apologized,” We were excited and we wanted to take look around.” “I know,” my mother said knowingly,” You three will have to share a cabin,” my mother said pointing at Grace and me.”" You kids can stay out here as long as you want.” We stood there staring at the see for a long time when we heard an announcement.”We are now in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, in the home of the Bottlenose Dolphin.”"Finally, we will get to dive with some dolphins,” Grace said dramatically,” I thought I was going to turn into a statue,” We laughed and made our way to the room where the diving equipment was stored. We found my parents putting on their suit. “There you are!” my father laughed,” We thought that you forgot about diving.” “We would never do such a thing,” I said pulling on my suit. After we put on our gear we stood on the platform where you jump off. “Okay on the count of three,” said my mother,” One. Two, THREE!” We all jumped into the cool water. I swam to Grace and Sandy joined us. We looked out at the horizon and saw a sight that took our breath away. There was a small dolphin a bottlenose by the look of it and it was heading in our direction. “Look at that,” said Sandy in a awed whisper. Then before we knew it the dolphin was swimming i  circles around us. “Just look at it,” Grace murmured. “It’s so trusting,” I said in a low voice so that I didn’t frighten it. I reached out my arm to touch it but it backed away.  That night at dinner we were sitting at the table discussing what was going on when the captain [ Ronald Slipper] said,” We’re going to pick up a new member of the crew.” “Really?” I asked. We had never talked about getting a new member. “Yup,” Ronald,” We will pick up a lady named Lu-Ming-Sue, she will be the new cook!” “Great!” Grace said enthusiastically,” I can’t wait to tast her Chinese food!”  We all laughed. Some time later we all made our way to our cabin. My mom told us that our cabin was: Cabin #1. We found our cabin and chose our bunks. Acsully Sandy slept on a twin bed and Grace slept on the bottom bunck and I slept on the top bunk. “Good night,” I said.

Surprise! (Part 4) - June 29, 2009 by hypnotist

We left off with a cat ready to attack…

“Aiiiiiii! Izzy! Bad girl! Bad kitty!” Katie screamed in commanding fear as she was scratched. “Help me! Help! Help! Cat attack!” Ruth yelled. Suddenly, she noticed a glass of water on the edge of a pink unicorn dresser. In fear, Ruth thrushed the water onto the already-provoked tabby cat. Lucy scolded her spontaneous cousin. “Ruth! Never throw water on a cat!” “Ooops.” The now-soaking wet cat dashed for the trio. Katie yelped,”Let’s go to the porch!” “That’s the coffee table!” Lucy shouted. “No! The porch!” Katie retorted.”Ruth? Lucy?”

red trust - June 29, 2009 by Lauren

Prologue

Its strange to look into the mirror and understand that I am not normal.  To see my dark black eyes stare at me with the silver white skin and my short black hair that looks nearly blue in the right sunlight and know this is a look that some may consider evil.  I may not be the picture of pure evil that haunts the dreams of young children as they coward in fear at the dark of night. No. Not like that. However, it is my kind that is feared. We are the image of evil. My kind has been feared generation after generation. Our stories twisted and the features seemly disgusting. I may have sharp teeth that can pierce the flesh and bone. I may have a desire to suck the living blood from each person, but it doesn’t mean I will, it doesn’t mean I can’t control it. I’m vampire. Not a beast.

Vampires are not bad, though. Well, not all of them. Some live with humans and other super natural beings in peace. With todays techonolgy, vampires are able to avoid hurting people with medication. Others with natural ways.

My father is a vampire. However, my mother is a human. They loved each other… at the time. They are only still married because of me. I was raised by both, but they kept me apart from the vampire world. My Mother thought it would be best to raise me as a human, so I can live as a “normal” girl until they thought I was old enough to be told the truth. When I turned 8, my Dad told me who I was. But I truthfully already new myself. When you have fangs, its hard not to figure out that you are a blood sucking vampire. After that I have always been asking them to tell me more about my kind. But my Mom doesn’t like to talk about it.

So as I said before, I live my life like any other “normal” girl would. I can easily hide my true self without being discovered. Just as long as I can keep under control and have my pale lips shut.

summer - June 29, 2009 by Lauren

The days grow hotter and long.
The nights are warm and full of song.
Bees are humming around amazing flowers.
Birds chirp with joy during rain showers.
Grasses and leaves are bright cheery green.
Colors of all, from red to purple and all between.
It is loud and clear like a beating drummer,
It is finally here, it is summer!

Princess and Witch {part 7} - June 29, 2009 by jenny

I was loking out at the horizen and the wind was blowing my hair behind me when I figured out what to do. I remembered that Jenna had told me that if I ever had gotten stuck in the future or the past all I had to do was collect a few items. I had to collect one gold feather, a magical plum, and a silver leaf. Jenna had taught me a spell to travel back in time or forward in time but if you weren’t the one who cast the spell you would have to find those three items. “But where can you find those items?” Ginger asked. I didn’t really know. “Mabey if I look around the forest and the market I might find what I’m looking for,”I said. “You could try,”Ginger said douldfuly.
I walked through the market not finding anything usefull. I was just about to give up when I ran into a lady. Items went flying everywhere. “Oh, sorry,I’m really sorry,” I said. The lady scowled and I recenized her right away. It was the same fairy that had sent me here.

The Last sorceress of Gladys part 4 - June 29, 2009 by Sydney Bailey

I decided to trust Danni even if he was a filthy blood sucker. Hopefully he wasn’t a liar! I liked to see him smile even when it wasn’t directly at me. We walked to a nearby food place but an awkward silence followed so I did what most teenagers do if they are bored out of there mind. “Danni, so do you have a girlfriend”? I asked stupidly. Not that I liked him but I like to ask stupid questions just to annoy people, it’s so funny. “Um, No”, Danni laughed. “Weird, So what are you afraid of”? I asked. “Girls who ask to many questions”, Danni laughed. “Very funny, Do you have any pets”? I asked. “Yes, A goldfish”, Danni smiled. “Weirdo, who likes goldfish? If you had a girlfriend what would she be like”? I asked. “Nice, not afraid to ask questions, someone who’ll tell me what she is thinking, and not afraid of me”, Danni said uncomfortably. “Keep going”, I laughed. “Someone who’s out there, who thinks outside the box, someone who thinks of me differently, someone who likes to read, and someone who knows me better than I know myself”, Danni said. “How cheesy! Although I do agree with most of what you expect. I have a confession”, I laughed. “What? I rarely have met anyone who confesses to me. I’m no Priest”, Danni smiled. “My confession is I love to read but if you hand me a mystery book i’ll throw it away”, I said. “I agree, most mysteries leave you hanging”, Danni nodded.  Too Be Continued………………………………………

My Epic Life- Part One - June 25, 2009 by Caitlin

Dear Diary,

My life was total chaos today! My very first day back at school, first day back in science, just getting things back into swing, and we have to dissect a brain.

Yes, diary, thats right. A freakin’ SHEEPS BRAIN.

It was so gross! There were all these blood clots inside! Really gross. But to make things worse,my friend dared me to lick the brain. Of course, I said no, but then she said “oh, i’ll pay you $50…”

So obviously, I said yes. D’uh. The brain actually looked quite nice when you tilted your head to the side… And then closed your eyes.

I didn’t realize that when I leaned down, my friend would smack my head, so that I would get a mouthful of brain.

I know right? And she didn’t even give me the $50!

Well, I’ve gotta go now Diary. I have to wash some brain out of my hair.

Ara White- Part Three - June 24, 2009 by Caitlin

“OHHHHH MYYYYYY GOSHHHH!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!” Wind rushed past me, whipping my hair widely. I clamped my eyes shut, trying to focus on screaming, rather than what will happen when I hit the bottom.

I struck my arm out, and clutched something cold and hard. The ladder! My body swung and hit the ladder hard. I pulled myself up a bit, and got my feet onto the rail. That, was a close one.

“Excuse me? Anyone?” I called up. I saw the sky, no bigger than my attic window, and then the old lady’s head poking over it.

“Darling, are you alright?” She asked, and she didn’t sound too happy.

“Yeah, lucky I grabbed this ladder!” I yelled. I heard clambering, and her body whizzed past mine.

“Come on, you’re at the bottom anyway.” She said in a grouchy voice. I looked down, and so I was! Lucky I grabbed the ladder just in time…

I could barely see in the dim hole, but I could now see a round, wooden door. I jumped off the rail, and stumbled right into the door.

“It’s got a handle for a reason, you silly girl.” Scowled the lady, and twisted the handle and pulled the door open with a slow, loud creek. Creepy.

“Inside, my darling.” The lady cooed at me, and gently pushed me inside. I can’t believe I STILL didn’t even know her name.

“Right-o” I said, in a cheerfully fake voice, and took a step through the door. Then the stench hit me. Disgusting! It was as if she had sprayed a million cans of air-refresher! A bit over the top, and really gross.

Trying to ignore the flowery stench, I looked around. It was if she was a hobbit. The room was circular, and the bed, kitchen and lounge were all smashed together to make one giant room. It was a bit cosy.

“Nice places.” I noted, and sat down slowly on the red bedraggled couch. It sank very low.

“Thank you my dear. Now, would you like a cuppa?” She asked, pattering around the kitchen area.

I nodded, and looked for the TV. Hmm, there didn’t seem to be one. So instead I just watched the lady make a cup of tea.

Ohhhhhh whats gonna happen next? ;) Stay tuned!

Princess and Witch {part 6} - June 22, 2009 by jenny

Ginger finally got her father to agree to not tell her mother. Then I wanted to know what Ginger’s father was talking about because he said that my mother was the princess because I was pretty sure that she was the Queen. “Look the Queen is Queen Angelique,”her father told me. I was confused because Queen Angelique was my grandmother. “But Queen-umm Princess Victoria is my mother,”I said. But then I thought of something that my Jenna had told me. She had said that if some one was strong enough they could travel back in time she said that it was hard work. So I asked real fast,”What’s the year?” “101″her father replied,”Why.” I was right! I had traveled back in time. The reason I thought this was because in my time the year was 105. “Told that to Ginger and her father. “I can’t believe it!” exclaimed Ginger. “But how come you didn’t know that before?” Ginger’s father asked. “Well I didn’t go back in time by myself,” I said getting more confident of my self. I explained how I fell on the fairy and how she had sent me here. “Well don’t you know any spells to go back to your time?” Ginger asked. “No,” I admitted. “Well you have to get back,”her father protested. “But how?” I asked. Suddenly I felt more alone than ever.

Ara White- Part Two - June 21, 2009 by Caitlin

Here you go everyone! Sorry it’s late, but i thought I had already put this part up. *smiles sheepishly*

“Girl! Get out of that snow area this INSTANCE!” screeched a loud voice. Shocked, I whipped my head around and saw a crabby old lady wearing grey rags, hunched over. I stood up quickly. Ok, seeing odd women in the snow, is most defiantly the second sign of madness.

“Sor- sorry miss. But-t I’m lo- lost.” I stuttered.

The woman marched over to me, with a grumpy look on her face. Her hair was black, but you could see where it was turning gray. Her eyes were also black as coal, and her face wrinkled and gross.

“Lost? Indeed. What is your name, girl?”

I wish she would stop calling me that. Geez. I already knew I was a girl.

“Me? Oh, my name is Ara White.” I cringed at how ironic my name was, while standing in the snow. The old woman just gasped, and smiled.

“Come, my dear, out of the cold!” She patted my shoulder with her crippled hand, and led me out of the clearing. Thank goodness, the snow was giving me the creeps for some reason.

“So, um, where do you live exactly?” I asked, trying to make conversation. All I got in return was a grim look.

“Hush girl. We are almost there anyway.” She replied. I poked my tongue at her back. What a crabby old lady!

“Here we are!” The lady said, and pointed at a hole in the ground.

“Sorry? Where?” She didn’t mean the hole, right? What kind of sane person lives in a hole?

“Right there.” She pointed at the hole again. Gosh, she DOES mean the hole!

“Um, ok.” I tried to figure out how to get into the hole, and I stepped up to it so my toes were hanging over the edge. Maybe there is a ladder somewhere, I thought.

I looked right over the edge, and saw some metal glinting. I reached down so I could climb the ladder, when something hard hit my back, and I toppled forward, and fell head first into the deep hole, screaming.

Princess and Witch {part 5} - June 21, 2009 by jenny

“A WITCH!”Ginger screamed. “Shhh, keep it down will you?” I hissed. “Okay, Okay,”Ginger said more quietly, “But I’m just surprised.” “Honey,” said I gental voice,”Where are you?” “Oh,no,” Ginger said looking worried,”It’s Mom. Can you do some magic and poof your self invisible?” “Sure,” I said and whispered a spell and, “Poof!”, I was invisible. Just then Ginger’s mother walked into the room.”Well there you are,” she said,”What wre you doing here?” “Umm, I was sleeping,” she said inticating the messed up bed. “Oh,well I was wondering if you could collect the corn, we’re running out of corn you know,” Her mother told her. “Okay, Mom, I’ll be right there in five minutes,” Ginger said politly. After Ginger’s mother was out of the room I turned visible again. “Few that was a close one!”she said wiping sweat off her forehead, “Do you mind comeing to the corn field with me?” “No thanks I have to go home,” I said. “Where do  you live?”Ginger asked as she made the bed. “In the castle,” I replied. Ginger looked at me as if I’d told her I lived in a garbage can. “You live in the castle,”she asked real slow. “Ya, why?”I answered. “Are you a maid or are you a seamtress or a lady-inwaiting?” he asked real fast. “None, I’m the princess,” I said. Now Ginger looked confused. “The princess? But There is already a princess,” “What!” I said now totally confused,”But who?” “Princess Victoria,” replied a deep voice and a man steped into the room.
The man was a handsome man. “Oh, umm, hi, Dad,” Ginger said nerviously. “Ginger,” the man’s vioce said,”We told you not to bring her here.” “But she’s a witch, Dad! She can porvide for herself.” Ginger protested. “Rumors are so easy to spread,”he said I wasn’t sure if he were speaking outloud or talking to himself, then to Ginger,”How do you know she is a witch?” “She can turn invisible!”exclaimed Ginger, then turning to me she said show my dad please,” So I muttered a spell under my breath and poof I was invisible. “See,” Ginger said to her father, “She is a witch.” “Well, I gusse she is,”her father said in awe. I smiled. Little things could impress a big person!

Princess and Witch {part 4} - June 20, 2009 by jenny

My eyes fluttered open and I saw a small girl looking at me at me in curiosity. “Where-where am I?” I asked rubbing my eyes. “You’re in my house, “the girl said. I sat up and looked around. I was in a small room with a antique table and a bed. “Where am I?” I asked again. “Like I said, you’re in my house,” the girl said. “No, I mean where is your house located,” I asked again. “Oh,” the girl said understandingly,” We are in Green Dragon.” “Good,” I said in relief. “What’s your name?” she asked. “Millie,” I said,”What’s your name?” “Ginger,” the girl replied. I sat up and tried to get up. “Can you stand?” Ginger asked. “Yes,” I replied. “Let me give you a tip,” Ginger said,”You have to stay out of my parents sight or else I will be busted, Okay?” “Ya, sure I will stay out of your parents sight as soon as you tell me why?” I told her. “I found you in the corn field and my parents said to leave you there because we couldn’t provide for you,” Ginger explained,”But I couldn’t leave you there and so when they weren’t looking I brought you here and let me tell you you are heavy!” “Okay, I’ll  stay clear of your parent but can you keep a secret?” “I asked. “Sure,” Ginger. “I’m a witch.”

Frogger Saves the Day. (Childrens award winner) - June 19, 2009 by Caitlin

I won an award for this story, a couple years back, so I’ve decided to post it up here. (: I was pretty young, so i had to edit it a bit, and add more in, but its pretty much the same.

——————————————————————————————–

Once upon a lily pad, there lived a family of frogs. The main character of our story, Frogger, is the elder brother of the family. He has a sister, Lily, who Frogger thinks as finally stopped acting like such a tadpole, is very out-going and fun, and is an absolute angel. (Okay, I lied. She is most likely the devils daughter.)

This (fantastic, brilliant, extra great…) story starts in an ordinary pond, on an ordinary morning.

“Stop! That’s my fly!”

“Is not.”

“Is too.”

“Is NOT!”

“Oh, stop being such a cane toad! Give me back my fly!!’

“Muuuuuum Frogger called me a-.”

Right after lily said that, her mother stuffed a fly into Lily’s mouth.

“You two have been snapping at each other all summer!” Sighed Mum.

“But Lily started-,” Frogger began, but his father cut him off. “Exactly my point. I have decided to take a Frogaday!”

“Now go get dressed.” Mum had to yell, because Lily and Frogger were squabiling over the window seats in the car. (Yes, frogs have cars.)

At last, the frogs were on the road to paradise. It was an awfully long car trip, plus pulling over a lot because Lily “had to go” but it turned out she was faking, just so that she could use a mirror.

When they finally got there, Frogger leapt out of the car, (over Lily) and cried out with happiness.

“Were HOME- I mean, were HERE!!!”

Lily climbed out in awe. “wow, look at those trees!” She turned to her father, who was climbing out.

“What are those round things attached to the tree Daddy?” She asked.

“I bet they are… Fly coconuts!” He laughed, and helped Mum out of the car.

Lily’s green jaw dropped, and then dashed up a tree quickly, with Frogger hot on her tail. As the frogs climbed right to the top, you could barely hear their mother say “I thought Lily was afraid of heights?”

Frogger grabbed two coconuts, and then dashed back down again. Lily grabbed two coconuts, was about to dash back down again when she realised how high up she was!

“Help!” she croaked. “I can’t get down!” Then she paused and said dramatically, “Oh, my fate as come at last!”

Frogger sighed, and jumped back up the tree.

“Lily! Ohmigosh! Why are you still up here?” He gasped.

“Um, I dunno, I cant really get down…”

“But they are going to chop the tree down!” He lied. “I have a net at the bottom, let’s jump.”

It took a bit of bribing and convincing, but eventually she jumped. She screamed, and laughed as she fell.

“WHEEEEEEE” She cried loudly, causing a few on-lookers to stare at them oddly. “This is awesome!”

She had so much fun from jumping out of a tree, that she didn’t even notice that there was no net.

“Now, I hope you don’t climb anymore trees.” Scolded Frogger. Lily just stared at him.

“Are you KIDDING? That was great! I’m going to climb up every single tree!” She said, and bounded away.

“Oh, man!” Moaned Frogger.

Oh, Frogger!

Surprise! (Part 3) - June 19, 2009 by hypnotist

We left off with two missing children and no explanation…

Lucy and Katie continued down the incredibly neat hallway. “Okay, here’s my room. Let’s go,” Katie informed as she opened the door. “Ruth!” shouted Lucy with enthusiasm as she burst into the room. “Oh, Ruth, I’m so glad to see you! Why are you here?!? You’re suposed to be back home!” Lucy asked while giving her puzzled cousin a hearty squeeze. “I don’t know, Lucy. I was just trying to break down the situation when I heard your voice and BOOM here I am, in this overly-girly landfill,” replied Ruth in shock. “Ahem. That overly-girly landfill is my room, thank you very much,” mentioned an annoyed Katie. “Sorry. Did I say that? I meant… uh, cute? I’m Ruth, and this is Lucy,” Ruth changed emabarrassedly. “Anyway, it doesn’t matter. Let’s -” Lucy began. A sharp meeeooowwr thrashed in the air. “What-was-that?”asked Ruth fearfully. “That’s Izzy, our cat,”answered Katie, equally as scared. Suddenly, a brown-and-white tabby cat skidded down the hardwood floors to the group of girls. “Not good,” choked out Lucy, completing the trio of fear-packed sentences. Then Izzy showed her fine, sharp claws and stepped closer and closer to Lucy, Katie, and Ruth.

To be continued…

P.S  Sorry about not posting for awhile. I had lots of other stuff to do, and I couldn’t find the time. But I did it now, so, hurray!

Deep down I knew he was the one for me,

Deep down I wish he knew,

Deep down I wish he was you.

The Last Sorceress Of Gladys part 3 - June 17, 2009 by Sydney Bailey

I imagined saving the world when she told me about my powers and what I could do. I imagined everyone doing my every command and it reminded me of Hell. Seriously, who wants that? Well, I might want it alittle but I sure as heck am not going to do it. My Mom showed me how to be a Fire Bringer but duh, first grade science i’m not a Fire Bringer. I’m not as red headed as her either but thats just me. My doorbell rang twice before I got to the front door. A young man about my age or older was at the door, I opened the door. “Hello my name is Danni I am your trainer this evening”, The boy said. “WHAT”? I asked raising and eyebrow. “I’m Danni i’m training you to become the Sorceress you were born to be. My father Andrew Millvoy told me I would find her here”, Danni said sweetly. “Um, who are you looking for? Um, Danni”? I asked. “I’m looking for Madam Jenny Melrose Guvinerre”, Danni said looking at his hand. Then he added, ”I’m new to this thing. Are you Ms. Guvinerre”? “Um, yes-yes I am. What school do you go to”? I asked. “St. Hanley High School, Ma’am”, Danni smiled. “First of all, Don’t call me Ma’am because i’m not old i’m sixteen. And second of all, We go to the same school! And third of all, Tell me your whole name. Fourth of all, we go to the same school”, I stated. “My whole name is Danni Cappichee Adrew Millvoy”, Danni smiled. “Okay”, I said. I turned and walked back inside my house. “Mother, i’ll be back later”, I yelled. She heard me and went into her room. Danni took me outside and said, “As a Sorceress you must know who you’re dealing with you must sense their powers”. “You are not a wizard. Are you”? I asked. “Not even close”, Danni smiled with perfectly straight teeth most of them pointed though. Thats when I knew what he was thats when I dreaded opening the door. I turned back toward the door to my house and said, “Tell me”. “I am not full vampire so don’t be afraid. I’m a vegeterian. My Father is a Vampire my Mother is a Witch”, He smiled. “So your half Warlock and half Vampire”? I asked. “Yeah”, He smiled brightly. “Whats it like”? I asked. “Okay”, He smiled. “How old are you”? I asked. “Seventeen”, Danni smiled. “So thats why I don’t see you in the hall”, I laughed. “Yeah, Jen. Um, wanna go get something to eat”? He asked. “Was that a date”? I asked. “Maybe, I don’t care i’m just starving”, He laughed. Too Be Continued………………………………

Princess and Witch {part 3} - June 17, 2009 by jenny

It had been a month since Jenna had arrived and we got to know each other very well. Jenna told me something that shocked me more than when the wizard said he thought that I was a witch, she said that I was a princess-witch. Princess-witches are very rare and they only appeared when a big disaster was about to strike! So we got work on learning spells right away and I dare say I’m getting quite good at it.

”Pass the lavender dust please,” says Jenna. She is bending over a parchment and is mixing something in a bowl. “Here you go,” I say as I hand her the lavender dust. I watch her stirr the lavender dust in the bowl. “What are you doing, Jenna?” I ask. “I’m trying to see what kind of menace awaits you, there must be one or else you wouldn’t be a princess-witch,” she replied. I sighed and sat down in one of the comfortable chairs. “I can see something,”Jenna said in an excited voice,” there is a army on the other side of the border, I think that’s you ,yes it’s you wait your trying to stop the army and, and….”  she looked up from the bowl. “It disappeared the picture disappeared.” She looked quite defeated I couldn’t blame her. We had been trying to figure why I was a princess-witch for a long time and we finally saw something. “It’s all right, Jenna , at least you tried,”I said trying to reassure her. “Come on, I tried a thousand times before but it never worked. And when it worked I lose it,”she sighed. Then a maid stuck her head from behind the door,” The Queen would like to see you in the Royal bathhouse, ” the maid said and left. Jenna and I exited the room and walked in silence to the bathhouse. The bathhouse was located in the northern quarters of the castle. When we the finally entered the bathhouse we were tired and thirsty. My mother was sitting in a chair. “Millie!” she called,” There you are!” “Hello, Mother,” I said out of breath. “Come sit down, both of you,” my mother said and patted the chairs next to her. Jenna sat down in one of the chairs and I sat between my mother and Jenna. “Child I think you have been in that tower to long, you always used to go outside so if you want to continue your lessons you should go outside at least once a week,”my mother told me. “Yes mother,”replied. “ Now go, ” my mother commanded, ” I have other things to attend to.”  Outside of the bathhouse Jenna said,” I think you should go out now and do as your mother says,”  “Okay,”I said. I left the castle. I went in the direction of the pond. I was strolling by the pond when suddenly I fell. “Get of meee!”said a muffled vioce. I got up and a small fairy dusted her self off. The fairy was wearing a blue dress and was very beautiful, but she was mean. “Since you sat upon me I cast you away for here!” she said and suddenly I was gone.

I woke up the next morning and got dressed in my best dress. It was a blue gown with lace trimmings at the sleeves and gold string that decorated the top. I also wore my blue , elegant slippers. I walked down the stairs to the kitchen and sat down at my usual table for breakfast. The cook came over to me and asked,”What would you like your Highness?” “I would like eggs, please and some milk,” I replied in confusion. The cook was pale and sweat was running down his face, and he was being unusually polite. He walked quickly away. I sat and tried to figure out why everyone was acting so weird. “Good morning, Child,”said a familiar voice. Then I heard footsteps approaching and I saw the wizard walk up behind me. “I felt your presence, Jenna,”the wizard said in a deep voice. “Galen, is this the girl that you said was a witch? She seems like a princess,”the witch asked. “Yes she is a princess-witch.” “B-But,” the witch stammered. “But the wizard held up his hand. “No more talking, Jenna, I have other things to do.” With that he snapped his fingers and with a puff of smoke was gone. “Come on,”the witch sighed,”Let’s get into the castle.” I asked her,”Would you like to sleep in the tower or do want a room on the second floor?” “Tower,”she replied.  To be continued……
