Trouble With My Brother Chupabara by Luke Richert - November 29, 2009 by dinodude29

The farmer walked through the fresh morning air with a brisk stride. The full moon shone brightly with an eerie glow. The farmer would not have come out this early if he had not heard a noise . . . REEEAAaarrRR! There it was again. It was coming from the goat pen. As he approached the goat pen, he could see the head of a quivering young goat. He ran over and picked it up. Suddenly, the farmer’s heart stood still. A large face that looked like a dog with a crazed mane looked back at him. It had bright red eyes, black and brown fur, and vampire fangs. It immediately locked onto the farmer’s leg with it’s teeth, trying to drink the blood that wasn’t there. The farmer kicked the . . . thing and started to run. He reached the front door five seconds before the thing and slammed it. The farmer collapsed with a squealing goat in his arms, trying to make sense of what attacked him. Then he remembered the local legend . . .

I say I do,

I say I need it,

The Year 3099 /P. 5 - November 23, 2009 by raqshan

We slowly sneaked our way to the castle wall and together we decided that we would have to take down the gaurd. I leapt infront of the Andorian and he tried to grab me. I jumped into the air and did a back flip over the gaurd’s head and landed behind him. Before he could turn around I slammed my elbow into his side and he fell over. Unconciouse with pain.We snuck inside and split up.

I glanced around and spotted a boy being hustled away. “Let Me Go!” the boy cried. “Sorry, Brutten,”one of the cards said,” I’m afraind you’ll be going to the prison.” I silently hoped that Grandor would find the gaurds and the boy. Then his job would be easy as long as he didn’t get caught while he’s at it. Slowly I waited for the gaurds to hustle the boy away then with the gaurds away for a short while I crept into the Throne Room in the shadows. The king of Andoria was seated on the throne room and he had a large table full of men in long robes siting in seats. I had arrived at the begining of  a privet meeting between the kind and his ministers.

To be continued…..

Once Upon a Time - November 20, 2009 by cacarrier

You look at me,

You smile at me,

There is happiness, serenity

I wish, you wish

Who knows about the real world?

But that’s just because this was an unreal fantasy

A wish

A dream

It’s no miracle, you know

Not the real world

But this is a pure miracle

A pure fantasy

But that’s just because

This is once upon a time.

It has to be like this.

If only

The miracle shone through when you needed it.

Once upon a time.

Love is a dagger stabbed in envy by your beloved.

Love is a secret that every one knows.

Love is a risk worth taking.

The Year of 3099 - November 15, 2009 by raqshan
This entry is part 4 of 4 in the series The Year 3099

P.S. Hey! It’s Raqshan! I’m back and I am continuing to write The year 3099.

On our last episode The three friends set out for Andoria.

“How far is to Andoria?” Convity asked. “Well,” I said,” When we were at Wateranla there we were 28 lightyears away when we left Wateranla and we already passed 26 lightyears so we have 2 more lightyears to go.” “So…What’s our plan?”Grandor asked. “We are gonna sneak into the into the castle and I am going to eaves dropp on the King and his gaurds. Convity will will sneak around and look for an escape route while Grandor will look for the prison.” I looked at the faces of my friends,”We will meet at midnight if we aren’t caught first, if we are caught conntact each other imedietly!” Suddenly, a computer vioce said,”Ariving at destination.”We rushed to the window and saw we were landing on a blue planet with an eerie sort of color. I walked to the back room and found Ramble looking out the small window. “Come on girl let’s go.”

A Bad End - November 15, 2009 by Tania

I wrote this story because of my love and respect of dragons and would also like to give credit to my friend CC(She does not want people to know her name) for spellchecking all of my work. (CC: And it was hard not to do it while she was typing, too.)

The thief ran his fingers lightly over the riches before him. He had snuck into a red dragons cave under the cover of darkness in hope of finding the items that would make him the richest man that kingdom. And he succeded. He picked up a handful of gold and let it trickle through his fingers as if it were sand, and smiled. The thought  of out smarting a dragon pleased him, for dragons were one of the smartest creatures around. This set him of in a merry jig. Gold necklaces and emerald embroidered cups tumbled to the cold stone floor. The thief fell down laughing, wiping tears of joy from his eyes. A menacing growl echoed through the endless cavern. The thief froze,  tears still pouring from his eyes, only from fear instead of joy.  Two blazing red eyes, like molten magma, appeared out of the darkest shadows.  Then, with a sudden gust of wind, the dragon apeared in its full glory. Its masive shadow blocked out all light, but its scales glinted like polished rubies. Flaping its powerful bat-like wings, that were so thin in places moonlight filtered red thorugh them. It reared on it muscular hind legs, then it opened its mouth wide, revealing  rows of razor sharp teeth, then it gave of another terribe roar and with a cruel glint in its eye it breathed out. The last light the thief saw was a  jet of flame going straight for him, and instead of a man with treasure, all that emerged from the cavern was a puff of smoke.

(CC: In my defense, I didn’t feel like sitting there for an hour fixing stuff…)

Crazy Random Story (CRS) #1: It was Merely a Necklace - November 9, 2009 by hypnotist

Hi guys, it’s me, hypnotist, back to say that I’m done with Surprise! and starting the CRSs (Crazy Random Story). They’re just little stories that change each enrty. Hope you like them!

Julia Nillif was a beautiful woman, rich, and happy, but was cruel. The may she had are hated by Julia, and in return, they hate Julia. She has no husband or children, in order to keep her fortune to herself. Julia has a precious jewelry box full of at least one hundred thousand dollars worth of necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and anklets. Julia is always wanting more. She was having one of her frequent battle between her conscience and her dark brain whether or not to buy the silver necklace. However, this was different. This necklace was not obtained legally. Julia knew that the necklace was being sold by a criminal who had stolen the necklace. Julia loved to admire the silver inside and wonder about the red spots on the silver pieces.Julia put all her live into the necklace. It had cost her all her money. She would die with necklace. At least, that’s what one servent predicted. Then, when someone found her corpse, they noticed something. Julia was wearing her silver necklace. Then the corpse-finder sighed, “It was merely a necklace.” The servant ripped the necklace off Julia’s corpse and smiled evilly. Then the woman opened her eyes to reveal  evil, red irises.
