The Year of 3099 - November 15, 2009 by raqshan
This entry is part 4 of 4 in the series The Year 3099

P.S. Hey! It’s Raqshan! I’m back and I am continuing to write The year 3099.

On our last episode The three friends set out for Andoria.

“How far is to Andoria?” Convity asked. “Well,” I said,” When we were at Wateranla there we were 28 lightyears away when we left Wateranla and we already passed 26 lightyears so we have 2 more lightyears to go.” “So…What’s our plan?”Grandor asked. “We are gonna sneak into the into the castle and I am going to eaves dropp on the King and his gaurds. Convity will will sneak around and look for an escape route while Grandor will look for the prison.” I looked at the faces of my friends,”We will meet at midnight if we aren’t caught first, if we are caught conntact each other imedietly!” Suddenly, a computer vioce said,”Ariving at destination.”We rushed to the window and saw we were landing on a blue planet with an eerie sort of color. I walked to the back room and found Ramble looking out the small window. “Come on girl let’s go.”

A Bad End - November 15, 2009 by Tania

I wrote this story because of my love and respect of dragons and would also like to give credit to my friend CC(She does not want people to know her name) for spellchecking all of my work. (CC: And it was hard not to do it while she was typing, too.)

The thief ran his fingers lightly over the riches before him. He had snuck into a red dragons cave under the cover of darkness in hope of finding the items that would make him the richest man that kingdom. And he succeded. He picked up a handful of gold and let it trickle through his fingers as if it were sand, and smiled. The thought  of out smarting a dragon pleased him, for dragons were one of the smartest creatures around. This set him of in a merry jig. Gold necklaces and emerald embroidered cups tumbled to the cold stone floor. The thief fell down laughing, wiping tears of joy from his eyes. A menacing growl echoed through the endless cavern. The thief froze,  tears still pouring from his eyes, only from fear instead of joy.  Two blazing red eyes, like molten magma, appeared out of the darkest shadows.  Then, with a sudden gust of wind, the dragon apeared in its full glory. Its masive shadow blocked out all light, but its scales glinted like polished rubies. Flaping its powerful bat-like wings, that were so thin in places moonlight filtered red thorugh them. It reared on it muscular hind legs, then it opened its mouth wide, revealing  rows of razor sharp teeth, then it gave of another terribe roar and with a cruel glint in its eye it breathed out. The last light the thief saw was a  jet of flame going straight for him, and instead of a man with treasure, all that emerged from the cavern was a puff of smoke.

(CC: In my defense, I didn’t feel like sitting there for an hour fixing stuff…)
