Hoping for a Dream Come True

What is hope, but firmly believing that your dream will come true?

When the sky turns back, from black to blue,

I will be waiting,

Still waiting for you,

Dreaming and Wishing, Hoping and Praying,

Until through that door you come,

Glowing faintly is the sun, shining down on your long awaited return,

Now I know it all payed off,

My hoping my wishing my praying my waiting, all for this dream come true!

“Canidates… time’s UP!

Eric and Erin blurted out a string of words at the same time, so all I heard was “Urghalatah.”  Then Matthew suddenly said, softly, “True.” “That answer is… correct! Congrats Matt!” Matthew flushed.

“Welcome ladies and gentlemen… it is stage two of the Kid4 Prez Election! Matthew leads with one vote from our viewers, and 1 correctly answered question. Thank you, Matthew! Eric follows behind with 1 vote and no question answers! Let’s give it up for Matthew and Eric!” And Erin has no votes and no question answers. How about a round of applause for Erin!  Okay, question two. Ladies and gentlemen-entlemen-entlemen.” Okay the fake echo was lame. It sounded cooler. Promise. “Start your engines-engines engines.” Fake echo rule applies again. “The question is… what is pie?”
